Richard Rawlings (right), centre manager of McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Bridgend, was presented with the SCEPTRE Factory Outlet Centre Manager of the Year trophy by Brendon O'Reilly, partner of sponsor GVA Collyer Coxhead. Rawlings manages a centre where 2002/2003 saw growth in budgeted turnover of one per cent and annual turnover of five per cent. Footfall increased by one per cent.
