Paul Lucchinelli (right), general manager of Bluewater in Kent, was presented with his SCEPTRE Out-of-Town/Edge-of-Town Shopping Centre Manager of the Year trophy by Dave Troth, chief operating officer of sponsor MacLellan International. Lucchinelli has played an integral role in ensuring Bluewater's investor returns remain ahead of the industry. External valuation was up 5.2 per cent from December 2001, total returns to investors for 2002 exceeded industry benchmarks and income generated from commercialisation increased by 100 per cent.
