The Forgotten Toys Christmas campaign by Victoria Place in Woking was a massive success. The centre had a target of 150 toys but actually received 2,871. The toys estimated to have been worth a total value of £7,000.

The security team at St Enoch Centre has worked tirelessly to reduce the level of anti-social behaviour at the centre. Implementing measures such as turning Wi-Fi off after 4pm, installing anti-loitering devices, and introducing body cameras for all staff has resulted in a 73% drop in anti-social incidents!

Sustainability Initiative of the Year

Metrocentre

Sustainability is at the heart of Metrocentre’s long term strategy to go zero carbon by 2023. The centre recently completed the installation of a major integrated Solar and Electric Vehicle Charging project, which consists of 3,500 rooftop and solar car port panels.
