1. The organiser of The SCEPTRE Awards (the “Awards”) is Retail Destination, Lewis Business Media (Arts), Suite A, Arun House, River Way, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1SL (the “Organiser”).
  2. By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any instructions provided within the online entry form.
  3. A fee of £99.00 + VAT is payable for each entry. Payment must be made either by credit card at the time of submission or by invoice, where this option is selected during the entry process.
  4. Entrants must be employed by, represent, or be directly affiliated with a UK shopping centre.
  5. The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or disqualify any entry it considers to be inappropriate, non-compliant, or otherwise unsuitable.
  6. Any individual or company that won a category in the previous year is not eligible to enter the same category in the following year. However, they may enter other categories or submit an entry to the same category where it relates to a different innovation, campaign, or project from that previously awarded.
  7. There is no restriction on the number of categories an entrant may enter. Each entry must be submitted separately via the official online entry form.
  8. All entries must be submitted via the official online entry form by 11:59pm on Friday 22nd May 2026, or such later date as may be permitted by the Organiser.
  9. Entries will only be accepted if fully completed and accompanied by all required information and supporting materials as specified in the online entry form.
  10. The Organiser does not accept responsibility for any entries that are not successfully completed or submitted due to technical issues, including (but not limited to) network, system, or platform failures. Any entry that is incomplete, corrupted, illegible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
  11. The Organiser reserves the right to reassign any entry to a different category if it considers this to be more appropriate.
  12. Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Organiser. The Organiser may also consult additional expert advisors where appropriate.
  13. The judges reserve the right not to make an award in any category if, in their opinion, the standard of entries is insufficient.
  14. Finalists will be notified by email and will each be invited to purchase tickets to the Awards ceremony, taking place on 30th September 2026 in London.
  15. One winner will be selected from the finalists in each category and announced at the Awards ceremony. Trophies will be awarded only to category winners.
  16. Details of finalists and winners may be published on social media, the Awards website, in Retail Destination, and on www.retaildestination.co.uk.
  17. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Awards is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging process or outcomes.
  18. Winners and shortlisted entrants may publicise their achievement as a category winner or finalist, provided that the year in which it was awarded and the category is clearly stated.
  19. Winners may be required to participate in post-event publicity and, by entering, consent to the use of their name, company name, and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  20. The Organiser grants winners and finalists a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Awards logo in connection with their win or shortlisting until 29th September 2027.
