Caroline brings 25 years of experience managing shopping centres and retail parks for major key landlords and investors. As Head of Retail PM at CBRE, she oversees the UK shopping centre team managing a diverse portfolio of large-scale retail destinations.  Caroline is a Fellow of RICS and has established herself as a leading voice on industry trends and innovations over the course of her career. She is a judge for both the SCEPTRE Awards and The Revo’s, and is part of the organising committee for the annual Retail Destination LIVE Conference.
